Support Coordinator – Wodonga SCHADS Level 4-5
Part time 3 days per Week
Support Coordinator is instrumental in supporting National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants to have choice and control over the services they are receiving. They will work closely with participants and their families to provide independent and local service and assist them to understand their NDIS plan; identify and choose service providers and services which will help them to achieve their goals; connect with and participate in the community; and develop skills and capacity in self-management.
