What we do
Plan & Connect is an independent service for people with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding. We assist our participants to understand their plans and identify the service providers which best suit their needs. Plan & Connect is not a provider of any direct care services, ensuring our only priority is doing what is best for our participants.
Plan & Connect is staffed by locals and has offices in Wodonga, Lavington, Wagga Wagga, Griffith and Wangaratta. We intuitively understand the speciﬁc needs of people with disability living in regional areas.
Whether you have just received your NDIS funding or you are halfway through your plan, Plan & Connect can assist you to review your current service providers and whether they are meeting your personal goals. If you are unhappy with any of your current services, our Support Coordinators can help improve these or switch to new service providers.
Plan & Connect also oﬀers Plan Management to reduce your administrative workload, allowing you to focus on living your best life.
